Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 90 days from the date of purchase. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear are non-returnable. This is clearly stated here and on the product pages to ensure that customers are aware before making a purchase. Please double-check sizing by referring to our size charts. If you are unsure, contact us at support@chevaroo.com before placing your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@chevaroo.com to start the return process. You will need to provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide instructions on where and how to send your item back.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that your item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Expected Processing Timelines

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email within 3-5 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times can vary. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@chevaroo.com.

Shipping Costs and Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@chevaroo.com. The exchange process, including shipping, may take up to 3 weeks.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift-giver, who will be informed about the return.

Refund Options

We aim to provide flexible solutions for our customers when it comes to returns and refunds. Depending on the situation, we may offer the following options:

  1. Full Refund upon Return:
    Customers can return their items to our distribution center. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the purchase. The shipping fee has to be paid by the customer. 

  2. Keep the Item and Receive a Partial Refund:
    In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative to returning the item. This option allows customers to retain the item while receiving a percentage of the purchase price back as a refund. This option allows the customer to not pay an expensive shipping fee to send the product back. 

    • The percentage offered will vary based on the nature of the issue and will be communicated during the return process.
    • This option is typically offered to save time and reduce the cost of international returns.
