HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER? We take 48-72 business hours to process your order, followed by 10-15 business days for delivery. We do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? Our offices are located in Canada. Our international warehouse is located in China.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. It may take 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT? We offer a 100% "satisfaction or money-back" guarantee! If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receipt, and we will refund the full price of the item once it arrives back at our facility.
However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
Some exceptions apply! For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Please refer to our return policy here.
IS YOUR SITE SECURE? This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it is 300% secure.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? Currently, you can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or payment upon receipt.

MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive soon.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? It is possible to cancel your order! However, if the order is already being processed, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Please contact us by email at support@chevaroo.com: our team will do its best to meet your needs!
THE PRODUCT IS TOO SMALL/LARGE All our products come with a size guide to help avoid such issues. Our team has carefully measured each item and included the corresponding comment in each description. Therefore, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small/large. However, we understand that purchasing such an item can cause significant frustration.
I RECEIVED AN IMPORT TAX Chevaroo™ ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes in their country; we disclaim any responsibility.
